Thank you to the author, the publisher and Edelweiss for this ARC in exchange for an honest review.
Illustrative, interesting facts about the universe and celestial objects fill this book in a way so easy and so beautiful for children to understand and to learn more about this fascinating subject.
This book talks about how universe works, and what's inside it: planets, galaxies, stars, black holes, white dwarfs, moons, neutron stars,... Along with supernovae that happens when a bigger star dies, and light, and dark matter and dark energy, which is invisible to us. It shows you illustrations so full of color about it with rich details that help children to keep reading, because it's a refreshing, fun way to learn about the cosmos.
I have loved this book so so much! Although I already knew the things that the book talks about, I really enjoyed it. One, and the only disavantage that I found is that it's very short. I know this is for kids and for them it's perfect, and has the right amount of pages.
It also gives a few glimpses to telescopes and their use and how they work.
In addition, it gives kids a glossary at the end, which is wonderful!
I think that every child, or every person that is interested in reading about the universe, should pick this book up. If you are an expert in the matter, probably you won't learn anything, but it is fun to read about it.
This book comes out on 3rd August 2021, so stay tuned! ♡
