This manga of Anne of Green Gables tells the story of Anne Shirley, an orphan girl that is adopted by the Cuthbert siblings, Marilla and Matthew. Anne is an efferverscent, vivacious redhead girl with a strong, dynamic imagination. I do find this character one of the most human characters I've ever read. This book has beautiful and sophisticated illustrations that capture the very essence of all the characters and their own stories: Anne, Marilla, Matthew, Gilbert, Diana,...
